We must never forget we are all born sovereign, free and whole. Most importantly we must remember freedom does not ask permission; it does not wait for the “right time”. As defined by our own Declaration of Independence, this is an unalienable, fundamental human right to seek life, liberty and pursue happiness.
This necklace is handmade of papier-mâché beads from a working mother’s group in Uganda.
The dream amethyst polished crystal is ethically sourced from an independently woman owned shop in North Carolina & set in an organically hand shaped (by me) polymer clay pendant.
The tassels are upcycled scraps of vintage sari from women in India.
