La Luna

In Spanish, estar en la luna means “to be on the moon”. This phrase essentially describes a sort of daydreaming, “head in the clouds” sort of distracted mental state.

Daydreaming is a fun, creative way to rest or manifest our dreams. For many others it can become a way to escape our reality. When that happens it’s crucial to recognize it may be time to ask for outside support. 

Sometimes the support that will matter the most is to have basic dignity restored. This looks like groceries in the pantry, bills paid, gas in the car, and appropriate medical care.
